Location - Indianapolis, IN 46240

Pay Range - $75 to $85.75/hour

Role summary: Develops the vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned product or solution area, with a focus on one or more large business domains or product areas. Applies understanding of business strategy to identify and deliver the capabilities needed to achieve business outcomes. Influences and coaches others to ensure alignment with product and/or solution goals.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

  • Product and Portfolio Management:
    • Owns the roadmap and lifecycle of multiple products/solutions, including planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization. Accountable for prioritization of all work across multiple products and solutions.
    • Develops and socializes product vision, strategy, and comprehensive release plans across business units.
    • Identifies and recommends future products/solutions by researching, monitoring, and analyzing emerging topics and trends. Is responsible for understanding and disseminating industry best practices for that product including competitive analysis and thought leadership for the product or solution.
    • Designs and maintains systems and processes to capture, organize, and share organizational knowledge, ensuring critical information is accessible, and supports business continuity and associate development.
    • Drives scope decisions for product agile development, managing a roadmap that builds upon base product features to evolve the product over time along the product maturity curve.
    • Drives and approves product design requirements, partnering with technology partners to develop initial designs that are then reviewed with stakeholders and fine-tuned using an agile design process.
  • Change Management:
    • Develops and implements change management strategies to support product/solution adoption.
    • Engages stakeholders to communicate changes, gather feedback, and address concerns.
    • Facilitates training and support for impacted teams and users.
    • Monitors and measures the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjusts strategies as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:
    • Drives alignment with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet business goals.
    • Coordinates with stakeholders, including vendors, internal technology teams, and the business, to ensure objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Resource & Value Management
    • Leads cross-functional project teams to deliver initiatives or solutions on time and within scope.
    • Manages product or solution portfolio, resource allocation, and capacity planning for the team.
    • Monitors progress, manages risks, and ensures timely resolution of issues, including testing results, development findings, and defects.
    • Manages product scorecards and KPIs for assigned products to ensure product or solution capabilities are driving expected business results.
  • Culture & Contribution
    • Models appropriate communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
    • Drives results and cultivates innovation.

  • Responsible for product performance using analytics, voice of customer (VOC) feedback, and testing strategies to optimize engagement and results.
  • Reviews and approves product requirements, ensuring clarity for development partners.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
